Get the best outcome in your rehabilitation.
Supervised exercise is consistently proven to be more effective than unsupervised exercise.
Why?
Most people have trouble creating consistent routine. Attending a group creates accountability and ensures your program gets done.
Most people forget how to do the exercise correctly. This can be unsafe or ineffective. Supervision gives you constant feedback to maximise benefits.
You don’t know when or how to progress. This delays your results. Ongpoing supervision means your physio can progress you as soon as you are you are ready.
