Our home at Elizabeth St is a beautiful space with large light filled rooms, creating a welcoming feel that matches the service.

Our pilates and strength & conditioning studios include reformers, trapeze table, full range of strength and conditioning equipment and ample space to cater to our exercise groups and 1:1 services.

Note: parking available at the rear (including disabled) and ample street parking on Elizabeth St.

Our presence inside The Rex allows us to enhance our services to you.

Alongside our consult room, we have full use of a commercial gym, hydrotherapy pool and significant open space to use on the courts and outside areas.

Unique access directly to these onsite facilities is a significant point of difference in our services that allows us to provide more advanced services from the acute stage of treatment right up to high level end stage rehabilitation and performance training.
