Integrating hands on management for pain relief with extensive clinical pilates training means we can help you feel good and stay active.
Women’s Health Specific Clinical Pilates
Clinical Pilates is often a valuable part of our Women’s Health management.
Our Women’s Health Physiotherapist has completed additional pilates training in women’s health / pregnancy to ensure you receive the most safe and effective pre and post pregnancy exercise.
Pilates improves core strength and trunk control.
This is often a central reason for the problems people come to us with. By providing an appropriate program that matches your needs, abilities and goals we help build your body back up to tolerate the demands you want it to perform.
