Cancellation Policy: 24 Hours notice is required for changes to your appointment to avoid a fee. This allows us to help someone from our waitlist.
(NDIS require 2 clear business days, however only any portion of the appointment time that cant be filled by another appointment is charged.)

Payment is required on the day for all private / medicare consult types.
We accept all private health funds and will process this on the day so you receive any eligible rebate instantly.
