Your therapist at Tanunda Physio & Health will perform a thorough assessment of your elbow and surrounding areas to determine the source and cause of your problem and provide treatment for fast-effective relief.
You will be given a clear understanding of the diagnosis, cause, expected recovery and the treatment plan required including for self management and prevention of recurrences.
Enjoy the activities you love free from elbow pain
When it comes to living with chronic elbow pain, everybody we see wants to know:
“Why is this happening to me?” and “Why am I still suffering with elbow pain that is only getting worse after putting up with it for 6 months?”.
In fact, most people who come to us for treatment do so after 3-6months of suffering from elbow pain.
Commonly people think when they get elbow pain, it will go away on its own. They try to rest (but often you can’t avoid the activities that cause the pain), try using anti-inflammatory and pain killing medications, but 6 months later are still living with daily pain that is usually worse than it was when it started.
Rest alone is rarely enough for elbow pain, not for it to go away and certainly not enough to keep it away.
We know the correct treatment and advice will help you on your path to recovery and allow you to maximise your level of function while reducing the negative impact it has on your injury. The earlier you get treatment the faster you respond to treatment and less time it takes to fully recover.
