Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all promotions run by Tanunda Physio & Health. Unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Offer not valid with any other offer
• Offer is limited to one offer per person.
• Vouchers / Gift Cards / etc must be surrendered at time of consult to be eligible for the benefit
• Offers are non-transferable to another person when a specific addressee is included.
• Any discounts are off the standard pricing for the product or service.
• New client offers are only valid for initial assessment consults.
• Offers are not claimable for compensable / third party payment arrangements
• Not redeemable for cash or products.
• Pricing relating to any offer is valid only at the time of publication and is subject to change or termination without notice.
• ‘New’ clients / patients – means anyone that has never received services at the practice before.
• To ensure the benefit of the offer is passed on to you, please confirm that you are claiming the offer when booking, or with the practice reception at time of arrival.
• Referral thank you vouchers are only generated when a new client attends the clinic and confirms a person as their reason for choosing us. We cannot provide this benefit if we are not informed of this recommendation. Vouchers are not issued if a returning patient states a referral source.
