A BIT ABOUT ME
MY JOURNEY
I grew up in Mumbai, India, where I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy. Driven by a strong desire to enhance my skills and a passion for sports, I decided to pursue my career in Australia. After finishing my studies, I joined Tanunda Physio and Health.
FAMILY
My family holds a special place in my heart. My dad is a businessman, and my mum is a passionate home baker. I have an older sister who is a sports nutritionist.
MY IDEAL WEEKEND
My favourite way to spend the weekend is watching the beautiful sunset at the beach.
SPORTS I PLAY/ENJOY WATCHING
I personally enjoy watching sports more than participating. Cricket and football are my favourite sports to watch, while I love playing badminton.
TEAMS I SUPPORT
Chennai Super Kings, a cricket team from the Indian Premier League.

Indian street food delicacies like pav bhaji and chaat

ME THE PHYSIO
MY PHYSIO BACKGROUND
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from India and a Master’s in Sports Physiotherapy from Australia. After gaining a year of experience working with diverse patients in India, I developed a strong foundation in treating various conditions. Additionally, I have also worked as a sports trainer for several football teams.
WHY I CHOSE TO BE A PHYSIO
I have always wanted to give back to society. Helping people rehabilitate and live their lives to the fullest is incredibly fulfilling to me. Additionally, my sister, a sports nutritionist, who has inspired and encouraged me throughout my journey.
WHY I LOVE BEING A PHYSIO
Witnessing my patients regain their strength and independence is incredibly rewarding. The opportunity to work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals, continually motivates me.
WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT?
My masters in sports has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of sports-related injuries, rehabilitation techniques, and performance enhancement. Additionally, my empathetic approach enables me to connect deeply with my patients and truly understand their individual needs.

“Something is better than nothing.” Engaging in any form of physical activity is more beneficial than doing none at all. Even a simple walk can do wonders for your physical and mental well-being.

Acknowledge your pain and address it rather than ignoring it. Understand that injuries are part of life, and focusing on recovery is the key to healing and long-term well-being.
